The Murrumbidgee Catchment Management Board communicates natural resource management issues directly to the NSW Minister for Natural Resources.
The Board is made up of a Chairperson and six Board members, all of which are local people. Collectively, the Board has a range of experience, skills and knowledge in areas such as primary production, cultural heritage, biodiversity, business administration and governance.
Board members are appointed for a three year term by the NSW Minister for Natural Resources. Board meetings are scheduled monthly and are held in different locations throughout the catchment.
